Dr Albert P. Haddad (Founding Director and principal Consultant)
Albert Haddad is the founder and Director of Leadwise Consulting since 2004. He is a dynamic, energetic, creative, outcome-focused facilitator with an excellent reputation and track record in leadership and management development. After enjoying a successful research science career for eighteen years, in 2000 Albert embarked on a new career in Human Resources. Albert has led and managed a number of professional teams to achieve successful outcomes.
Albert holds a Doctor of Education in Leadership and Organizational Change. His area of interest is in how leadership identities are established and reframed in situations of organizational change.
Albert has extensive experience in the areas of leadership development and coaching with a specialist skill in Individual and Team Development interventions to improve organizational capability and customer service to achieve organizational outcomes.
Albert has a proven track record in designing, coordinating and facilitating leadership programs in many organizations. These organizations include Western Water, City West Water, The University on Ballarat, East Gippsland Shire Council, Australian Red Cross Blood Services, The Queen Victoria Market and many others.
Claudine Haddad (Senior Consultant and Office Manager)
Claudine with Albert founded Leadwise Consulting in 2004. Claudine has a Teaching Diploma and has worked for many years in children and Adult education areas. She has worked on Community projects for not for profit organisations running and assisting in children programs and projects as well as small-group-based adult educational initiatives.
Claudine is accredited as a Life Keys facilitator and has successfully initiated and ran a number of programs for women to assist them to grow individually, emotionally and relationally.
Claudine also looks after the Leadwise office.
Roger Ballantine (Senior Associate Consultant)
Roger has extensive practical experience and tertiary qualifications in business management. Roger has wide-ranging state and national experience in sales and profit centre responsibilities together with relationship and project management experience in the retail and financial sectors.
Roger specialises in senior-level coaching and mentoring for businesses as well as for individuals. He is a strong advocate of adult learning concepts and strategies, and encourages clients to consider opportunities "outside the square". For the past fifteen years, Roger has developed and delivered a number of customised training courses around Leadership, change management, conflict and dispute resolution, emotional intelligence, decision making, performance management, recruitment and selection interviewing, sales, negotiating and influencing skills.
Roger brings ‘real life’ experience to his facilitation and training through his extensive business background. He adopts a practical yet engaging, fun approach that consistently generates positive results.
Joe Bagnato (Associate Consultant)
With over 25 years accounting and business experience, Joe Bagnato has assisted a large number of businesses both as a consultant and Financial Controller. Joe’s experience in a variety of industries has led him to develop not only a well rounded and deep knowledge of accounting and business practices but has also allowed led him to develop a number of business strategies aimed at simplifying complex scenarios and procedures for the benefit of organisations of all sizes.
Joe holds a Bachelor of Business, Graduate Diploma in Tax and is a Certified Practicing Accountant with a Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment. With a passion for business and systems improvement, Joe is an energetic and informative trainer whose countless real-life examples make the learning process both more meaningful and fun.
Joe has extensive experience in process re-engineering, systems improvements and implementations and project management. Having worked with numerous non and underperforming businesses, Joe has been able to increase productivity, improve staff culture, reduce costs and increase profits. Joe’s combined knowledge and experience, would make him an asset to any organisation he works with.
Ed Robins

Ed’s areas of expertise are people’s interpersonal skills, their performance and development, and project management. He has broad experience in training, consulting, coaching and facilitation with a wide range of clients, including local, state and federal government agencies, the finance sector and manufacturing.
Ed is very focused on the importance of involving all key stakeholders in finding optimal solutions for individual and organisational needs. He brings a mature, analytical and consultative approach to all aspects of his work. His wide experience in the Asia-Pacific region gives Ed the ability to understand and add value in diverse organisational cultures.
