Senior Leader Development

It is agreed that whether an organisation stands or fails, depends on the capacity of those in the top positions to lead and lead the organisation well. There are differences in the leadership behaviors and practices required at different levels of the organization. The leadership requirements that are needed from a CEO or a senior executive of an organization are different to those required from a team leader / supervisor on the factory floor. These requirements can be fulfilled by specific, targeted and tailored development options.

The simplest intervention includes a series of Workshops offered individually, or in different combinations to suit the organization's leadership need. The second and mid - long term option is Leadership Coaching using a number of different result-focused coaching styles aimed at developing the individual senior manager according to their specific needs.

The third mode of intervention is Action Learning, in which individual or a small team of senior managers are involved in a work project in which they are challenged to develop new skills and approaches to leadership and management individually and as a group. In Action Learning, each individual works with their team, their manager, and an assigned coach throughout the duration of the project. The aim is to build strategic leadership capabilities to lead the organization and its people effectively.

ChangeWise Program

What is ChangeWise Program?

ChangeWise is a program designed to diagnose and assess the issues affecting organizational performance and stakeholders’ relationships. A central part of the program is assisting stakeholders to work together to identify steps to improve the relationship and performance, to take specific actions and to introduce changes to organizational practice. A post intervention diagnostic will provide a measure of the success of the program.
