program overview
The Leadwise Forum is designed for anyone who is in leadership whatever role they occupy. If you are in a supervisory role leading small or large teams, a thought or technical leader having influence across your organization or abusiness owner or leader, this Forum is suitable for you. The Practical application of leadership is the main focus of this Forum. Leadership networking, peer and expert coaching is the main process by which leadership skills are enhanced.

Program Methodology
The Forum is conducted as a Breakfast networking meeting once a month. The session will be no longer than 90 minutes and it will include some teaching, discussions, article reviews, book reviews. There is usually visiting speakers from different industries invited to give talks at Forum sessions.
The Forum uses the Active Learning process in which peers encourage and follow-up on each other to improve their Leadership and Business practices. The participating group will be coached to become better business leaders and managers to improve their business effectiveness.
