LeadWise practice philosophy is based on helping the individual leader to grow holistically and achieve their potential. This philosophy is based on the Orbital Leadership conceptual Framework.
This framework recognizes that the individual's core is spiritual in nature. The more spiritually centered a person becomes the more balance they may attain in all aspects of their life and vocation.
The orbits represent four major areas contributing to the holistic balance that makes the person. They are: Emotional Capacity, Social Capability, Mental Agility, and Technical Competence. These orbits describe the characteristics, skills and capabilities that enable the person to achieve balance in their chosen path.
There are five main products namely: Consulting, Coaching, Development Programs, Workshops, and LeadWise Publications.

He has a proven track record in research and operational scientific areas and in Human Resource and Leadership Development. He is a dynamic, energetic, creative, people and outcome-focused professional. His career achievements includes a series of scientific research publications at an international stage followed by a move into the Human Resource arena with substantial results in people and management development in a national not-for-profit organization.
