WHO WE ARE AND WHAT WE DO

Welcome to Leadwise Consulting. Leadwise Consulting was established by Dr Albert P Haddad in 2004 as a result of his Doctor of Education research in leadership and change. Dr Haddad brings a rich experience gained from working with youth leaders in the community and with scientists and corporate managers for over twenty-four years.

Leadwise Consulting has established its reputation as an Organisational Development and Leadership Development consultancy that equips and empowers individuals and teams to demonstrate effective leadership behaviour.

Leadwise Consultants and Associates have more than 25 years experience in providing learning and development initiatives to Australian and International organisations. We specialise in Organisational Development initiatives, Leadership Development and Management Training, Change Programs and Team Development.

Leadwise can assist you in a number of ways:

  • Leadership programs - unique short courses and tailord workshops.
  • Organisational Culture and diagnostics - We follow well-established research methodologies to diagnose, design culture change programs.
  • Management Skills Workshops - practical group sessions, designed to give hands-on experience and develop practical skills.
  • Leadership Coaching – One-on-one sessions to examine particular opportunities for improvement, and impart new methods, motivation and tools to improve.

Our Orbital Leadership Model proposes that the core of every individual's behavior has a spiritual or Go-To-Topbelief element. This spiritual core effects how the person thinks, feels, relates and performs in a sequential manner. This can be observed in both the personal and professional arenas.

Applying the Leadwise Orbital Leadership Model allows us to assist the individual to change their leadership behaviours and grow their management skills to perform and relate to others effectively.
